Every ticket runs in two phases. Typhon reads the brief, explores the codebase read-only, and produces a plan. You review it and approve. Only then does it touch a file. The plan is the contract — between PM and developer, between human and AI.

Bring your own Claude.

Solo developers connect their Claude Max subscription via OAuth — Typhon runs on their existing quota. Teams configure an Anthropic API key. Either way, the AI work runs on credentials you control.
